Join REI Saturday, October 11^th, for our annual grant reception. We will be meeting in Blue Back Square at the central stage to award this year’s Recipients:

Central Connecticut Bicycle Alliance, Farmington River Watershed Association, Farmington Valley Trails Council, Knox Parks Foundation, and Winding Trails.   

 We hope that you join us for this meet and greet and discover who we nominated within our local non-profit community. Perhaps you will discover an organization that you will be interested in volunteering with just as much as we do!  Or perhaps you will be inspired to do more in your community.

REI's giving efforts differentiate the co-op from many companies. The majority of our grants program is guided by nominations from the nearly 10,000 employees who work, play and volunteer in the communities where we have a presence. Because REI employees have the most direct connection with local nonprofits that share our stewardship commitment, they identify potential grantees in their local communities. We do not accept unsolicited grant requests and proposals.
